Shipping policy

General

Upon receiving an order, we will arrange for the case to be produced and dispatched from our warehouse in China. Orders need 3-4 days of processing before they ship out. Please remember shipping time doesn't include these processing days.

Shipping Destinations

Masca cases are shipped to selected markets across the globe. 

Delivery Times

Depending on the customer's location, the case(s) is expected to be delivered within 7-23 days. Delivery times are estimates. Please note that delays of up to 10 business days may occur due to circumstances beyond our control. Your order will be delivered by your local postal service.

Shipping Prices

Our shipping rate is standardized and equals to 7 EUR, regardless of the customer location.

Tracking

All orders are tracked. You’ll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your parcel when the parcel is dispatched.
